Guests can travel down to us on a Friday and have an evening meal (at an extra cost) as long as they arrive before 6.30pm and this is pre arranged with us. We will be able to give you a pitch for your bivvy if you wish to stay on the premises or, alternatively we have 2 mid priced hotels , Campanile and Kyriad, in Gueret which is 10 minutes from the Lake.
For those driving down on a Friday night to arrive on Saturday morning, we request that you arrive before 10am, as breakfast and the draw for swims are conducted around this time. If you have any delays for whatever reason, please call us to let us know on this number ( House 0033 555 415 961 ) or ( lodge 0033 555 415 836 ).

We provide a full English breakfast from the Saturday to Saturday, if you would prefer cereal etc , let Jackie know.
Breakfast is served at the Lodge each morning at 9.30am and evening meals Spring/Summer 6pm and Autumn/Winter 5.30pm.
The toilet and shower room are open 24/7. We have an on-site shop, with limited tackle and snacks and beer and wine available.
We have noticed over the last few seasons there has been an increasing trend of customers bringing beer and wine onto our premises, this now has to stop. Those of you that know us know that we trust you, and the shop facilities are open 24/7 for cold beer and wine. We also run the tab system, again this based on trust. If anyone has a request for a specific brand, let us know and we will try to have it in the fridge waiting for you. We sincerely hope that you respect this request as it plays a major factor in trying to keep the overall price down of your holiday. We don't mind you bringing spirits although, upon request, we can get them from the local shop.
Here in France, the waste disposal is taken very seriously, which can result in us being fined if the recycling protocol is not done correctly. We supply as many rubbish bags as needed. You must separate 1. glass, 2. plastic, paper (recycling) 3. General food waste.
After the draw has been done we will direct you to where you can park your vehicle to the nearest point of your chosen swim. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to drive alongside the lake banks. You WILL get stuck.
On the Saturday of your departure, we ask that you are ready and loaded by breakfast time. We ask that you check that your swim is clear of ALL rubbish (including cigarette butts and filter packets) and that any mats and slings are hung in trees and left off of the ground. Please bring all recyclables ( paper, plastic, aliminium beer cans ) to the yellow lided bin by lake entrance. Any food waste etc in the black lided bin. Glass must be brought to the lodge.
